There was a Flex rant earlier this week that came in response to a DJ Clue’s instagram about ratings (DJ Clue’s rant). You have to note these are some of NYC’s best and biggest DJ’s when it comes to dropping records on the radio. Funkmaster Flex is on Hot 97, and DJ Clue is on Power 105. Some of this has to do with the two competing New York City stations DJ’s fighting over the premiere debut of Nicki Minaj x 2Chainz “Beez in the Trap” record.
