Early this morning President Barack Obama talked about Nicki Minaj‘s “Mitt Romney” lyric on Lil Wayne‘s Dedication 4 track “Mercy.” Obama said he wasn’t sure exactly what Nicki Minaj meant but figured it was probably one of her characters. Nicki then had this to say on twitter.
