Last night the 2012 Coors Light Search for the Coldest semifinals came to Atlanta, with celebrity hosts and judges Ice Cube, DJ Khaled and DJ Drama. Up-and-coming Atlanta-area MCs were chosen via online voting, to compete in this semifinals event but the highlights of the show came after them. The event was due to feature a live performance by 2 Chainz but due to a family issue he wasn’t able to attend so the A held him down instead. Rappers T.I., Lil Scrappy and Harlem’s A$AP Rocky killed the stage as well as Hip-Hop Legends Bushwick Bill and Ice Cube. The two underground artist were Luis Lane and J.R. the star. After what I thought was a Bradley/Pac-man decision Luis Lane won and advanced to the finals in New York City, for a chance to be crowned the Coldest MC.
