Russell Westbrook Signs With Jordan Brand

Oklahoma City Thunder all-star point guard Russell Westbrook has signed a multi-year deal with Jordan Brand. Jordan Brand owner Michael Jordan stated:

“We are very excited to welcome Russell to the Jordan family. Russell’s style, both on and off the court, combined with his love and dedication to the game make him a perfect fit for the Jordan Brand. We love the drive and passion for basketball that Russell brings.”

I’m interested to see if Westbrook will have a strong input on the design of his sneakers. Besides the classic retros that drop and maybe a few on the previous Carmelo Anthony Jordan’s, most of Jordan’s brand sneakers have been wack. Either way expect to see Rus in Jordan’s from here on out.
